Does it? I believe the SMT and 29M 9-15 have the same radar and RWR, as the 29Ms were upgraded from SPO-15Ts to L-150s later in the prototype stage.
The 9-15 can carry up to 8 R-77s, this is incorrect
MICA, R-77-1, PL-12/SD-10 and the AAM-4 are better than the AMRAAM.

Why are people yapping about how bad the Su-30M2 radar is?
The dev is NOT finished, the final radar on the plane will be the N001VEP, same as 27SM. It’s not great and not terrible.
Honestly I think this plane should be 13.7, and I think give it a few months after release it will move up to there.

Datalink channels really don’t mean anything with base R-77s, they don’t have the range to where you should be launching much outside of the ~18km active seeker range. In terms of using DL to help the IOG update and reacquire a notching target, no mech scan radar in the game really has the refresh rate to do that particularly well with TWS alone, you need to keep them hard locked, in which case you can only do that against one person anyway and you def shouldn’t be firing out multiple missiles against multiple attention-paying well-notching targets at once.
Same thing they’ll do when they fight other fox 3 armed aircraft.
A plane being worse than one of the most powerful planes of its BR doesn’t really say much with the level of compression we have right now. 13.7 in particular has a very large swing between the best and worst planes of the BR.
As someone who has played and enjoyed the J-11A at 13.7, the only thing that isn’t plenty powerful enough for a 13.7 on it is the RWR, which is your #1 piece of defensive situational awareness, super important for the top tier environment where radar missiles are the never-ending threat. The SU-30MK2 solves that deficiency for a negligible penalty in flight performance from J-11A, performance that even compared to the SU-27SM you won’t really miss unless you’ve gotten yourself into a really bad position.
So yes, while definitively worse than the top dogs of the BR, this thing checks all the right boxes to still be an adequate force at 13.7, and in the hands of any experienced Flanker pilot is going to absolutely roflstomp at 13.3. Thus is the gift that keeps on giving, compression.
If you used any of the other missiles I’ve listed, you would know they’re much better suited for air realistic battles, mostly due to their higher overloads (bar the statcard of the AAM-4 showing up as 32G despite turning much tighter than the AMRAAM)
Sure you could go off the table but in practice, the amraam is one of the weaker fox-3 missiles at top tier.
for example, the R-77 doesn’t look completely abysmal in BVR because your precious graphs don’t account for any degree of turning
