I don’t care really much about this whole “muh aircraft”. This post was made for Ragebait. That being said I think you should understand the KF-21 is Korean. The only thing the US did for Korea in it’s development is provide technical data.
My point was that it’s foolish to believe some amateur simulations on AF101 are telling us the truth, or that Sukhoi would put real RCS numbers on a public patent, or that a YT video is telling us the real RCS for a Korean 5th gen. I’m not saying which one is best either, I’m saying the reasons for discrediting Sukhoi are coming from disproven/bad arguments.
KF21 is probably a very capable aircraft, as I don’t think for a second SK engineers are idiots, and neither are the ones at Sukhoi or LM or Northrop.
Rafale have bigger RCS what Su-35 he he
I really hope this is bait, because you don’t seem to understand the KF-21 at all.
KF-21 as it stands now is not stealth, and isn’t intended to be stealth. In fact, it is an agreement with LM that a certain production number of it will only be 4.5th get aircraft with limited low-visibility features. (Can’t find the source, might be false.) It is planned for Block 3 to introduce a fully stealth design with internal weapons bay and flush sensor elements.
Current KF-21 shouldn’t be compared to an F-22 or F-35, but rather something like a Super Hornet Block III.
You have mixed everything into one pile…
- The Su-57 is an air defense fighter…
- F-35 reconnaissance and strike complex…"Due to the ability to penetrate enemy territory using radar with a low probability of detecting radiation and passive sensors, the F-35 will not operate in proximity to a modern, so-called fourth-generation aircraft. Instead, it will fly in well-protected enemy territory, transmitting the exact coordinates of targets to a conventional aircraft equipped with weapons with a range beyond the enemy’s reach. The F-35 aircraft is designed so that an electronic attack (jamming, misleading the enemy, using disorienting interference and energy beams) would be as simple as an attack using conventional weapons. "…
However, from the experience of combat operations, it is known where the concept of using the F-35 is rapidly changing… «Увеличивает дальность и эффективность поражения»: США провели испытания истребителя F-35B с ПКР AGM-158C LRASM
It won’t happen!.. Both the F-22 and Su-35 are aircraft of the same class (primarily air defense fighters)…
The F-35 is different…!
Please tell me what exactly in this garbage article proves the image to be wrong ?
Author is grasping at dead straws and jumping into conclusions out of pixel counting …
You have a lot to learn my friend if you believe that you can debate me with teenager blogpost tier of material for support to your arguments !
What are you supposed to be showing with this ?
Here take a look and tell me what you read :
Guess what you need to edit that again !
Its this IIR?. OLS-UEM. I don’t even know if the page is a good source. But at least have managed to get same info in other site. For what i know OLS-UEM (mig29/35)<OLS35<101KS-V(OLS-50M).
The info come from when Russia was trying to sell Mig35 to India.
In other hands the Armata thing its just people speculating. The only fact about what happens, its that the tank stop, a recovery vehicle try to pull the armata but it couldn’t. Then the tank Drive by itself. Stupid guys like Lazerpig (this guy its a joke a this point). try to make it like its worst thing ever happens. But a new tank with a new engine design, stopping or breaking down its not that rare. Even Abrams has problem early with it engine. Did people cope abrams is bad because engine broke like they did with T-14?
Pal, I’m pretty sure that’s for flight performance not stealth, after all you the f117 has some severe limitations when it comes to flight performance, if it loses power the pilot pretty much has to eject or crash, there’s maybe just maybe a 1-2% chance then can continue controlling the aircraft for any amount of time.
The intake thing is specifically for stealth. It reduces performance
I wonder what an F-117 without electronic assists would fly like.
Downwards its basically impossible to fly the f117 without computer assistance, same with the b2
Ok but clearly the computer can fly it, so there just be a way to do it manually even if you’re just keeping it straight.
Nope the computer really is what keeps the plane in the air because of the pure amount of tiny adjustments that need to be made to keep it in the air, its basically just constantly trimming the plane. (it makes something like a few thousand adjustments a second or something)
Wikipedia quote:
. It is aerodynamically unstable in all three aircraft principal axes and thus requires constant flight corrections via a fly-by-wire (FBW) flight system to maintain controlled flight.
Beyond limits of a person at that point. Level of precision in the controls is not possible with just human input.
It was not bait, but perhaps you skimmed the other posts. It’s a lengthy thread, I don’t blame you. Anyhow, I was shooting for a contradiction/double standards argument.
Russia only spends around 48-56 billion USD for defense (whole military budget) a year compared to the US or China is probably why they don’t have the production capacity or capability
