In GRB, there not too many differences between 120, R77 or PL12 Derby or Mica.
And for ARB, the advantages may not be very significant. but definetly a good choice on the TSS team fight.

GRB pretty much any ARH is good enough.
SARHs are also good enough most of the time.
It’s why Yak-141 is my anti-air in my Soviet ground lineup.

Aren’t brimstones only allowed to operate mad dog in killboxes IRL? Can they even distinguish friendly tanks from enemy tanks inside a killbox? Or is the killbox something thats been totally cleared of friendlies and when you fire them maddog they will pitbul on whatever they end up finding after launch? I don’t think NATO would allow a killbox inside the postage stamp size maps we have in warthunder with both sides fighting inside said postage stamp.
Aren’t they essentially A2G Fox3 missiles? Do tanks even have IFF? How would that even be implemented in game. How anyone can think this is on the same level of grom1 is beyond me.

CAS at top tier is way less of a problem than it is from BR1.0 - 7.7. CAS runs absolutely RAMPANT in WW2 era BRs before we start seeing shilkas and gepards or any radar SPAA.
The only issue above that is range around 9-10 where helis outrange SPAA (but are usually defenseless to CAP)
Its not even uncommon for me to see half of both teams in planes when i go play like 5.7-6.7, thats unheard of in top tier. Unless you play America and half your team is grass cutting in f16 spawncamping the enemy airspawn (why their winrate is in the gutter).

Ive got russia top tier, and 4 nato nations,
Tbh nato cas is what puts it ahead, russian tanks actually perform a lot better than folks think.
Where as i dont particularly like the top tier russian gameplay it isnt particularly difficult.
That also goes for the abrams i have which even 11.7 ones now have the second best round in the game.
People fell too deep into the russian bias hole and rather than focus on demanding balance, or actually thought out additions. People just scream and shout on the forums that their chosen tree isnt an unstoppable force.
Which non are or should be.

Yeah man, people aught to complain about real.issues…
Such as the best tank for france will br a fking leopard 2a6 or the best jet is an f16.
Same for britain best jets a swedish gripen.
More cas at a higher br doesnt change much, most attacker/ strike craft are useless due to as you say, cap or a combo loadout on a fighter anyway due to superior platforms.

only thing top tier needs is at least 2 more nations getting Pantsir level SPAA, and stop handcrushing helicopters by making them virtually immune to A2A missles.

Su-34 is no where close to “supermaneuverable”.
Gripen is twice the aircraft Su-34 is in airframe performance.
Su-34’s closest analogue for CAS is F-15E which is being added this update.
Su-34 lacks a thermal targeting pod, has a Tornado-like climb rate and acceleration below mach.
F-16C will remain the #1 option due to its airframe performance, 8 A2G weapons, 4 AIM-120s, and thermal targeting pod.

yeah i feel that with the helis man, theyre a far bigger issue than a dude in an F16 IMO as they still seem to be flying tanks.

brimstones IRL are pretty damn impressive, it doesnt translate across to WT, why well look at all the questions you just asked, it literally wouldnt work in game without causing massive headaches .
do love the leopard 2 ITVPS or whatever it is at like 8.7 a 10.7 tank hull with a pretty substantial weapon system that can keep up with the lights of the BR and pepper them. the game is absolutely horrifically unbalanced and we need to address more thing such as this.
You don’t need thermal pod at Su34 at all.
KH38MT it self has 8x-33x Gen 2 Thermal seeker , that’s better then most thermal pod
and KH38MT has larger fov then most pod that makes it doesn’t need thermal pod at all.
