US air has been over for a while. Probably since the M2K but for sure since apex predator. Ever since then, another nation has had the best US aircraft but better in some way

Phased array radar, whether American or Chinese, should not be like this.
It’s because the US since the 90s focused on stealth because that is what is best. Another issue is that the Russian Air Force is so behind IRL, that gaijin needs to give them modern stuff to keep up. For example, the R-77-1 entered service the same year as the 120D
