Su-30SM2, get your jets right
The 120° is the max the scan zone is, if you move the radar all the way left or right it is only scanning 120° of the full 240° unlike the euro fighter which can use its full 200° scan zone in the widest mode

get your facts right, this is the same upgrade for the SM2 that makes it same engine and radar as found on Su-35
And? Different plane still. The only similarities are engine and radar.
Su-35 still has things that make it totally different from the Su-30SM2, namely single seater and lighter airframe.

honestly kinda hate things like “balance” “buffs” “nerfs” i love when things are overpowered, i wish gaijin goes the old multiplayer games route and just makes everything overpowered, that would be pretty fun, because when you make this game completly balanced its gonna get stale, if Y is better then X people gonna complain, its “op” “unfair” etc, rather tiring, but i guess thats just me tbf
