No, its a substantial upgrade. The irbis alone should probably be a higher br. I’m not saying the thing is op, but its definitely competitive. Being able to notch while easily holding a lock is massive.

It’ll mainly be “OP” against jets like the F-15C, J-11s, Mirage 2000s and whatnot, mainly just due to compression. However considering we just got confirmation that Rank IX will be coming early this coming year, hopefully the top BRs will be raised.

Yeah but then again we had Eurofighters and the Rafale face those too, now we get EFs with an incredible AESA also still facing them so the SM2 is just about another apple in the appletree. Again we need decompression for platforms 13.7 and above no matter if we had gotten these new toys or not

It’s quite obvious that typically only someone from India would pose such a question, as it’s a fact even the great President Trump has acknowledged, leaving no room for doubt.
I predicted this would happen unfortunately, Gaijin are rushing the technology advancements too fast where it’s just power creeping the top BRs more than ever before, all in the name of money. I’m just hoping they scale it back for a couple updates and focus on decompression and QoL updates.
