The Su30-MKM located in the Malaysian sub tree of the Japanese tech tree has the wrong helmet on both the pilot and WSO( backseater).
This is the current helmet, the same as non HMD American helmets.
First off the Su30 MKM has HMD, so it cant be these helmets. It should be replaced, at least the pilot with the SURA-K helmet, which I believe is the one in game for Russian HMD helmets such as the SU30 SM.
I would love to see this fixed in the near future.
And this will fix the game for you, how?
Not everything has to be to fix the game, its a nice thing that could be changed.

In fact, the most of the pilot model is incorrect. And that’s not the same helmet, Royal Malaysian Air Force is supplied with the french-made MSA Gatter LH250 (attachment), regarding the head mounted display I’ve detailed further on this in this post.
The only similarity is the Sura-K, which should work the same as the Shchel-3UM, the only major difference being the manufacturer, the rectangular-like attachment above the helmet that functions as head mounted display:

Now how do we get it to be fixed in game?
Depends, usually a suggestion or bug report, though this isn’t a bug. There are a lot of suggestions for correct crew visual model, at the same time some vehicles recieved model corrections through a bug report like the dutch Leopard 2A6 and finnish Leopard 2A6 having swapped models and incorrect mud fenders.
