I think the german and italian ones are the EF-2000 and the british one is the typhoon
he thinks that without the IRIS-T the eurofighter is just a “slightly better F4F ICE”, so I give you one guess on that front

because the game is fundamentally not ready in any way shape or form for a 100+G actually unflarable missile with multi KM range mounted onto right now what is already looking to be the best overall plane in the game atm taking into account a combination of flight perf, survivability, and weaponry?

Hi gaijin, I noticed that the HQ17 is just an improved Thor M1: (and indeed it should be)
HQ17 now in Test Server uses nearly the same 9m331 as Thor does:
2kg lighter and longer self-destruct time, the rest remains the same, making it not really a big improvement since their thruster both run out at 8km range.
I really doubt if an improved radar & extra thermal worth another 40k rp. I mean, 2S6 receives a similar improvement with only 1 modification, why shouldn’t HQ17 be the same?
Finally German got a top tier fighter like other nation LOL

How about instead of ruining balance even more and screwing over lower BR planes (such as the F-4F ICE or Mig-29s), and just don’t add those new weapons until lots of decompression and other additoins have been done.

Have watched the trailer, both dev streams, and then both dev streams again with TEC commentary. As always, a wonderful job with the trailer. But a common trend for me these days, is that the things that I most appreciate in a patch is often featured minimally in the trailer or not at all. These top-tier jets make good trailer bait, and I’m happy for those who have been waiting for these and actually enjoy playing top-tier air, but I just can’t get into it. Granted, over 70% of my games are in ground and I think ground battles are the heart and soul of this game since they were added in 2014, but I do enjoy some air battles. Spent the recent event having a blast in the Ayit/Shahak/Nesher and unlocked Barrak II courtesy of that (I’ve also got the J-11A but have hardly used it at all - maybe one game). Now my K/D quickly blew out as you don’t have any chaff when stock and I had to get used to using the Derby. But I’m starting to unlock modules and am getting some kills on the board and if I keep using it I’ll quickly fix my K/D in it - however, I’m just not getting any satisfaction out of top-tier air. Getting kills with FOX-3 is meh, spending your battles avoiding FOX-3 is meh, and all it is making me want to do is go enjoy more Ayit/Shahak/Nesher. These jets look absolutely fantastic in the trailers but then you actually have to find some enjoyment using them.
So with the above said - apart from the sexy M44/Rodney/PZ2000 - bring on GB getting a Strela for its 10.3 ground line-up. Holy stacked line-up, batman. Vickers Mk.7, Chall Mk.3, with Strela? Lovin’ it. I guess that is one of the things I love about War Thunder, it’s not about getting to top-tier and just staying there. It caters for all people with interests in any era from pre-war to modern, and I’m all here for it.

If the Rafale is so good agaisnt the F-22 why not adding the Raptor this patch or the one after then?
HA no. The F4 is to the Eurofighter what the Mig 9 is to the Mig29. The eurofighter is a very capapble aircraft that gives germany finaly something that can compete. and now US mains must realise that they actually need skill to compete and cant just be carried by overpowered aircraft all the time
Meh…they already said that they would nerf the EF2000’s flight performance below its real life values…
