man in the loop allows for control of the missile mid flight but the actual flying of the missile is still automated, LMURS have the same thing, there is one video specifically(i cant post it here) where the operator changes target last second and you can see the lmur quickly changing target.

Guys im new in the forums forgive me im too old to fit fast, but I have a simple question is there any hope of devs actually changing stuff(buff or nerf) if we post here? in this particular matter i’ve seen many complaints about spyder and having it played myself(almost spaded while f2p; pure pain) i cant seem to find a reason as why they wouldnt take any actions in order to balance this poor spaa

Well devs dont care of what people post in the forum, only except if its a huge community shout like the economic changes or when people dont want other countries to have their vehicles (ahem china-us cof cof).
They only see the suggestions pasted to devs by the suggestion moderators or the bug reports.
Anyway I-Derby ER should be coming next mayor update at the start of 2026 if we are being pesimistics, optimistics this year. Because SPYDER has the shorter range in top tier spaa. Its still usable thanks to the python 5 at least.

imagine including countries with aa’s that actually perform better than spyder yet still giving them a new AA, very original gaijin. (yes i know they didnt mention other countries that will receive a new AA also, but i can 100% tell you israel isnt included)

Is there any hope for Israel to obtain Barak MX or David’s Sling as a new air defense? Rather than the current Spyder that doesn’t even have a Derby ER
It’s useless for game if you can’t provide sources that it have proximity.
It doesnt need proximity, mach 7.5 and 300km range. IR/EO and MMW radar guidance is good enough. (assume gaijin add it correctly)

It doesnt have a proximity fuse but that doesnt mean its useless, the missile its highly maneuverable.
