Lemurs are very much subsonic missiles, travelling through space and time at meager 600ish km/h. Given Gaijin modeled projectile “thermals” based on their speed, its kinda natural for such slow missile to not be bright enough compared to supersonic stuff like Kh38 or even Maverick dropped from supersonic aircraft.

No, not really, I think it is right. It is missing precise tracking of TWS targets tho.
We do not have variable scan speeds to implement persistent hemispheric mode that can be used up to like 30km.
Its shouldnt take 3 to 4 seconds to do a full revolution since the radar is static
Since its a 4 way aesa the scanning speed shouldn’t be that slow
Scanning over long distances and high elevation coverages takes time.
The shorter the range, and the smaller the elevation, the less strain is put on a radar, and it can squeeze more out of itself.
