I was saying in general it would be a very weak anti-aircraft gun, I know wip is now. Just the characteristics of the missile will be very weak, I’m 89% sure of it, the chances that they will give something adequate without whining on the forum are extremely small

On the bright side, not everyone has and brings HE. I also don’t think HE should be able to overpressure at that distance.
I really hope they buff the pythons before release, they are basically useless to any aircraft within a few miles since they fly into low orbit before turning. The Iris-T is so much better in the current state.

From what i saw the irist is also pretty bad
Its clearly not ready
Its that realistic?
Because yeah 125mm HE its quite powerfull, but the radar its pretty far from the crew, also remember seeing HEAT overpreassure too

I can’t see how they’d be fine with adding IRIS-T SLM, but not Derby ER.
It’s not controversial to say the former is scarier than the latter, right?

I’ve only just noticed, when you look at Spyder in X-Ray, You can see they have modelled the hit box in the shape of a Derby, and it appears to resemble an SR.

Oh don’t get me wrong, i’m not trying to make a ‘This means were only getting SR!’ kinda point or anything, just thought it was interesting to note that at least something here isn’t a placeholder lol. Didn’t see it picked up in the thread yet is all.
I have noticed this as well, but then I remembered who we are dealing with so i just decided to leave it be and wait for news.
