I understand the precedent for pessimism, but at the same time, if they’re adding IRIS-T’s to Sweden and Germany, anything less than Python 5 as a counterpart for us would be legitimately indefensible.
There’s not even much of a point in adding AIO instead of a ‘lesser’ Spyder if that’s their intention. So I can’t imagine that’s the route they will take.
AIO w/ Python 3 would just be Chaparral with extra steps lol.

It could be small thruster located near the tip of the missile that help it turn that hard right after launch like the one we see on Tor cuz I doubt thrust vectoring can be that precise without spinning out the missile at 0 speed, the footage is too shaky and blurry to see though.
If the booster is powerful enough, with wings as big as the ones on the Barak 1, it is very possible
MICA and R73 have very weak boosters and they have very small wings for their size
