They could have added with same IRCCM that Aim-9M has and limit some of its agility like they did with upcoming IRIS-T and current R73 until proper counterparts added.
But i guess we’re asking too much.

Thing is P4 is already fully modeled and coded, it only needs to be made usable. Yes it is pretty heavily nerfed from its IRL self but as it is RN it’s a longer range R73 with MICA levels of overload. I’ll take that honestly, let P5 be broken af that’s what 5th Gen IRs are for. Gaijin is purposely gimping Israel in all areas for no good reason other than the fact that in modern history there is no other nation on the planet with more experience blowing up Soviet garbage.
Yea i dont think alit of ppl gonna care about the spyder
Yeah except one tiny problem, Israel has the smallest player base out of all nations in game, when was the last time Gaijin ever fixed an Israeli vehicle for the better? (Mavericks for the 15I doesn’t count since they could’ve given it Israeli PGMs or at least let the F16C/D have them too bare minimum bs)
I can confidently say I see more Israeli players than Italian.
I definitely see more Italians, I main Israel despite it’s horrible treatment. At best I see 1-2 others at top tier, (most of the time it’s just me) if I fight Italy I see 3-4 regularly
In the last few days, I have seen nearly 30 Israeli players. I had a game where there were 5 Merkava Mk.4s on one road.
The mkva 4 reload buff, when was that?
You know what that’s fair, it was a welcome buff (all NATO tanks should be reloading around this fast anyway if they don’t have autoloaders but I digress) I should reword my query when has Gaijin ever looked at the publicly available facts for any nation especially Israel and implemented them properly. E.g Merkava and Namer armor, Spikes being laughably unreliable, etc
its weird because they gave the f15i mavs while the spice 250s are already in the files
Looking at “SPICE” in game files, this form of ordnance is in best case scenario heavily WIP, having such wonders as gaining mass as motor burns out, negative impulse of a booster or TV+IOG guidance, last one suggests SPICEs were just copypasted from PGMs and slightly tweaked before guy working on it got bored, realized there’s not enough available data to work with or was assigned other stuff to do.
Copy pasting existing Mavericks is quicker and less likely to cause problems down the line, both of bug and balance variety. Then SPICEs are glide bombs with I presume quite a lot of range, like GBU 39s. There’s reason why Gaijin denied quad 39 racks under wing pylons, for the same reason Grom-1 were removed. Not because muh balans, but they give players capability to bomb bases from substantial ranges.
Though 39s need two average RB matches length to get down range when dropped at 60km+ horizontal distance.
Yeah but if you use them more aggressively (setting gps cords and dropping them in 3-4 bomb series) their IR+IOG seeker will ID any target in the area on approach and begins tracking them like a point tracked maverick. Don’t get me wrong I want them but I’m they are FAR too strong for the game rn since the 15I can carry 20 of them +4 Popeyes with the same capability
Nope
If you launch in GNSS mode, their IR seeker will remain disabled
Game balance feature
What u think about the Iron Beam for the SPYDER??
Totally useless to kill planes or helis, but at least useful enough to destroy small drones and munitions like rockets or atgm.
Maybe as a deployable instead of an independent vehicle.
would be interesting if they actually implemented laser SPAA already, i’m pretty sure there was laser beams once in the game in an april fools event which featured some UFOs.
there were indeed, and it was a pretty cool event too
Most recent the collab with Atomic Heart. Drones with working lasers, enough to pen a bmp fron upside
smokeless python report has been accepted
Perhaps one of the few pieces of good news
ALL soviet vehicles will now have MAWS however…
