Air is really a piss poor example though, they got two separate BRs for that and can’t balance things proper, not even to implement and fix certain aircraft lol.

Actually… Naval isnt too bad for that at the moment.
Kronstadt was kinda insane for a while, but where ground can be really hard to balance at top tier because everyone but soviet stuff is classified. Naval isnt the same and soviets were bad at making ships.
At the moment, the Royal navy is one of the strongest nations at top tier if played properly.
Like the Sevastpool will only have a 60 second reload and I dont know much about Soyuz, but apparently she has barely any armour
