Do you mean a suggestion? Conraire is not a suggestion moderator; he is a technical moderator who handles bug reports, as seen here in Community Bug Reporting System.
As such, he cannot process suggestions; he has no power to do it. You will need to wait for a suggestion moderator to review and either approve or deny it. Their backlog is quite heavy right now, so it can take around two to three months for a pending submission to be reviewed.
If you believe your suggestion does not fully comply with the guidelines, you can ask a suggestion moderator to deny it so you can revise and resubmit. See here Suggestion Moderators and send a direct message to one of those on the list (not the senior moderators, please).
