As an Australian I’m all for other countries being represented and for all their kit to be in the one tree. I just disagree on how Gaijin is handling it. As I said, soon we’re going to be at the point where the only 2 trees that don’t have Leopard 2’s is the USA and Russia. This is where I think new trees representing coalitions of countries would have been far superior as it spreads the copy-paste out.

the in game F3-R’s (yes, both C and M) have HMD because either dassault or whoever made the HMD (i forgor the name) made a claim that the HMD is backwards compatibile with the F3 series

as for F4, there was a call made by gaijin i think (i might be horribly wrong on this) that when they plan to add 5th gen, they plan to add the 5th gen with the weaker arms, and give the top 4th gen planes their best missiles. So like the typhoon will receive the meteor and the F-35 will be stuck with aim-120C. And if that is the case and im not misremembering, then i would imagine gaijin is sitting on the F4, so they can add F4 with Meteors instead. Also there are some differences between F3-R and F4 but nothing tooo major

You’ve picked a bad example I think. ZiS-30, SU-57, YAG 10, SU-122, SU-152, KV-2 and SU-85A are all in the 2.3 - 4.0 range with guns that are either high velocity or big boom.
In any case, Gaijin has clearly abandoned the logic of tech trees having different strengths and weaknesses a long time ago.
Most players only play one, max two TTs and therefore Gaijin is trying to make every TT as complete as possible, which is very distasteful for players like me but is probably the right move for them.
