Well thats a skill issue on Yaks part, also locking can be used in 3rd POV
In all fairness the entire ~9.0-10.7 is techonologically inconsistent and cramped. Gaijin are responsible for bringing new shiny OP things without any regards to consequences and plans how to balance this.
yes, but you can see how the RWR and CMs is useful enough to not discount.
the entire game is, I’m just pointing out in terms of the guided CAS at those BRs 9.7 is about right for the Yak-130, it’s better then the USA A-4E, arguably a side grade to the Israeli A-4E (the fact those 2 are the same BR to begin with shows how bad compression is) and worse then the Ayit, now in terms of air to ground balance and the unguided CAS ALL of them are OP, I just get rather annoyed by the people that claim only the Yak is an issue, even the USA A-4E, the weakest of them, is capable of being a complete menace, and only 0.3 BR above the Alpha jets that are already really power crept CAS.
“Just have eyes” isn’t really an argument. You can’t visually track every radar threat while focusing on ground targets. That’s literally why RWR exists. And my point was never that the Yak-130 needs RWR. My point is that lacking it doesn’t automatically balance out its CAS capabilities in Ground RB.
Fair point, but the Sea Harrier FRS.1 doesn’t have guided bombs like the Yak-130. It’s definitely a capable aircraft, but we’re talking about CAS effectiveness in Ground RB, not just overall aircraft performance. I’m not saying other aircraft shouldn’t receive BR adjustments too. If they’re unbalanced, they should be looked at as well.
