the tank u show in that video is not even a Pz.IV H, it’s a Pz.IV G which actually can’t pen the frontal armor of a T-34 at that angle due to the low pen.
I think the panzer 4 H/J will have no problem at a br of 4.3, as it has a decent gun, good HE filler for its br, decent acleartion and mobility, armor is a bit waek but evrey panzer is like that. But there is this big Problem: You are expirance, newer players not. Of cource they will do bad, but any more expirance player will do good.

It would be bad at 4.3. The M4A2 and the T-34 model 1942 can already deal with it easily enough, putting it just a single step below the 57-mm T-34 would be a bad placement for it.

provide you aim atleast some what well panzer 4 almost always gets one shot its not a very survivable tank and you cant even angle it or your tank dies due to weak side armor

11.2 i belive is the degrees a second its turret rotates and the sherman does 17 degrees a second off top my head so its not very good at reacting

4.3 is overtiering it you just put it at same br as JAGPANZER IV which beats it every time even the jagpanzer 38T is better than it
4.0 with turan III is fine for it while where at it id make the first CHI TO the early with a fat turret as 4.0 instead of 4.3
also while where here the KV1 1942 for sweden should get a armor nerf removal of lower armor plate as it actually is immpossible to kill in a downtier or be moved back to 5.0 its a KV1B but you cant lower plate it unless you have a german 75 or american 76 but thats only unangled angled you can bounce rounds from a 76 with ease
the sherman 75 and T34 76 can do nothing but die against the KV1 as it can just sit there and shoot your weakspots

- Panzer IV G & J: 4.0
- Panzer IV H: 4.3
Just compare the Panzer IV F2 to the StuG III F. Both are currently 3.3 but the Panzer IV F2 has better armour, more crew, a turret, and somehow the F2 is faster & weighs the same despite having a turret.

Both panzer IV H / J moves to 4.0 but not for 4.3
From my experiences playing them i never had issue with dealing with any kind of enemy the gun is great and reload time is 5.9S aced am surprised the panzer IV H still 3.7 which have better armor !
my reason at 4.0 br it will make a perfect lineup for Germany 4.0 and Germany don’t have any 4.3 tanks at the moment to help them boost the lineup.

Pz.IV H is superior in many ways to many 3.7/4.0 tanks. they only tank that can be better than it is the T-34-57 with it’s powerful gun and traverse.
