Except you can just… not buy it? Some packs will also include special titles you can only get by buying them, you can’t buy the title separately.
…The same as the existing, identical tanks? In fact the Senrai Maidens pack is already better value since you get the customization elements at no extra cost.
Because it’s just a copy of an existing tank? Canada’s 2A4M didn’t magically disappear, it’s still there.
~70% of manga authors are women. Women who regularly draw anime women in even less clothing than seen here - which are also not present in-game, unless you get killed AND they bought this pack AND they’re using the profile picture AND you actually see it instead of looking at what killed you/where you got killed from…
But this is fine? Last I checked, foxes don’t drive tanks or pilot planes. No hate to the players who use it.
The game also sometimes uses your Steam profile’s picture which can be any image you want.

Another game with a large audience had a collaboration with GuP. They added small decals on the sides of tanks, voice-overs, lots of additional decals, missions, and more.
Meanwhile, War Thunder simply copied a premium tank, slapped a full-body skin on it that looks like a joke, added some profile icons—and is asking $70 for it.
Guys, if you want to support this kind of behavior and negligence, go ahead and buy it. But don’t cry later when War Thunder continues to decline, as it’s been doing successfully for the past two years.

First, we need to separate real-life photos from video games, as games have their own terms of service and are also subject to country-specific laws that may allow some mild adult content.
Would be cool to do a warthunder x fallout lots of decals, 3D decor, and other loot. So many jokes

why we can’t have both? seems like you have your own agenda war thunder is not battlefield 6 and some how this pack became the major issue of the game we already have this style of profile icons.
also their are DMM profile icons only for japanes users.

the anime community getting attacked because they got their own anime packs i think gajin should not hear people who complain about this because it’s not an issue and won’t effect the gameplay it’s just people not happy because they don’t like anime.
these pack are made for anime lovers !
people just love complain or have very extremist mindset that could be religion related or culture.
and the skins could be turned off and am sure gajin will add a option to turn off profile cards at one point.
Edit also gajin should move this note up because not all people scroll down.

This isn’t a case of Gaijin doing a collab with another company, Senrai Maidens is their own IP, which they created most likely to promote WT.
The asking price is ridiculous as always, but you actually get more in those packs than you get in the non Senrai Maidens packs for the same price.

A lot of people bought the pack and use the profile picure, and even if the probability of seeing one was low it’d still be a problem.

I don’t see what that has to do with anything.
The argument was that this was somehow “disrespecting women”. Clearly it isn’t, as even women have showed up in this thread saying that they look great.
What’s the problem with the profile pictures?
