True, its weird how china is still missing a radar upgrade to their fighter when usa and russia have had theirs… but this argument could also be made to the eurofighter trio having the most abysmal radar for ages with hardly any fixes going for it. Its only now its usable but the main problem with the aircraft (even tho its brilliant irl, gimped ingame)
Yes, there would be more pressure to fix things on both aircraft leading to a better experience for everyone

PL-15E will be great, its a twin engine, multirole, much better kinematics than contemporaries. Overall a super cool plane and the perfect hybrid between other multirole carrier based aircraft and high performance air dominance ones.
I hope it gets that gun and I hope it is indeed a 25mm and not some sort of Gsh-23.
