I also found this image of a FC-31 which seems to have pretty much the same layout as the J-16 with the 2 large MFD’s + the triangular one aswell

I’m back once again with more pieces of J-16 cockpit after scrubbing every observable corner of the internet I can find
Pretty much confirming the small triangular mfd + dual mfd layout.
I belive I’ve also found some info on the HMD the J-16/J-10C uses

hey you said it has b seires 3 which is the tvc version i think does that mean itll have similar manuverbility to the su30sm??
The a is already better than the su30sm, the b with thrust vectoring will blow it out of the water.
The J-16 does not have TV on any variant

The TVC WS10B was a one of prototype only installed on the J-10B
All you have to do is look at the engine nozzles

i was just confused on why he put seire 3 which is im pretty sure the tvc vairent in the specifications so i was confused on why they put it there and didnt know if this version had tvc im not claiming it does i was just asking a question
IIRC the WS-10B series 3 is just an improved WS-10B which was the same engine they tested the TVC nozzle on.
So yes it is a series 3 but just a one-off one

Yes the WS-10B-3 is the TVC one for the J-10B and the WS-10B series 3 is the J-16’s engines

Yep. It’s only moderately confusing… and this could all be complete bogus aswell as I don’t think I’ve ever seen any “official” designations for the Engines just OSINT stuff
