I don’t believe China ever purchased the RVV-SD for the J-11A unfortunately. The Su-30 is the only plane with the R-77-1 currently too.

BVVD said that he considers 77-1 a missile for 14.0 jets, so I think we should expect them only for the Chinese Su-35S

This is a rather unfinished dev as they go and they will probably add it later, that being said me and gaijin will have issues if they do not give it at least the basic 0.75 FoV IRCCM. I would settle for an ahistoricalally nerfed version as opposed to none at all.
I would also have issues if they don’t model the flight performance accurately
What is the actual thrust of the WS-10A (not on the statcard)? What is the empty weight?
These are all questions I want answered
Btw, R-77-1 right now on the dev server is actually on par, and in some ways better than AIM-120

The J-11B is essentially just a model file with no actually capabilities right now. I really hope it doesn’t lead to a drawn out fight with gaijin.
As for the R-77-1 I don’t know if the newly datamined changes have been pushed out yet but it should be worse after. It’s a pretty strong missile either way.

Maybe we can ask for PL-12A in the future, because PL-15 will definitely be months if not years away.
I’m not entirely sure about how good the PL-12A will be, but I’m hoping we get it before the AIM-120C-5.
I sort of doubt it though as Chinese players are better than other nation players (J-11A and Su-27SM same BR). So gaijin may be less inclined to give us more capability.
PL-12AE (export variant) was confirmed to have 120km launch range, compared to 80km in WT

There is a report stating PL-12 should be able to mount on the inner PL-8B compatible pylons and I commented showing it is missing the inner pylons someone posted earlier.
This should amend the aircraft and give it up to 10x PL-12 and 2x PL-8B loadout.

In dev, WS-10A wrongly has almost the same afterburner thrust as AL-31F-M1.

I’m not arguing for twin pylons on the Su-27SM or 30SM. You’re the one arguing for 4x pylons per wing on the J-11B, when they have only been shown on the J-16 to the best of my knowledge.
