I think it is counting 40km in Cold aspect when fired and chasing a target ? Not sure but even Wikipedia and some other sites state 30 to 40km, witch is not realistic.

It’s likely a case of whichever pencil pusher made the displays for the expo just found the first google result and used it.

Since Serbia as far as I know doesn’t use R-74M/RVV-MD, only R-73E.
