rcv should be 8.7 and this thing should be at 9.0 then
9.0 I can live with, the calls for it to be 8.0/.3/.7 are ridiculous though. We need grounds BR to be expanded to the same max BR as air (at least, and air is a mess of compression as well).

The Type 87 RCV Black Eye with the 25mm doesn’t have a stabilizer for one reason only, too expensive
only the prototype had one

You got my vote! But on the topic of bug-reporting, I think the ammo placement and turret traverse speed might be wrong as well. I can’t confirm this, since all I’ve got are a bunch of questionable internet sources, but I wanted to bring it on everyone’s radar.
