Bro, AIM9B easily avoided by a sharp maneuver. Mig19 is disgustingly good in terms of sheer power.
Mig19 have even worse and less missiles, he doesn’t pull shi and half of the time you go around with a black screen if you don’t have a fully maxed pilot… and only has something like a belt of 100 low velocity shots

bombs failing to do damage is not exclusive to Russian vehicles

Armor analysis is very inaccurate. You can pen a lot of spots analysis says you can’t, and can’t pen a lot of spots it says you can. With Russian tanks, I have noticed that it is most often the latter.

@SadRIPer carry some 3BM42 as a secondary round so you have the better reload vs 3BM60 in tight scenarios
T-80U-E1 has no 3BM60 though no?
Ue uses bm46 with 6s reload afaik
