It’s both over and underperforming - upper plate should be capable of easily withstanding 3BM-42 from <500m, but the beak shouldn’t be capable of easily stopping anything below 550mm of pen, iirc the more realistic level of protection was at around the same level as the upper plate, i.e ~450 to 460mm.
Gaijin doesn’t care however, but i’d rather take the improved upper plate with a nerfed beak over what we have now, as at least it could FINALLY survive the HSTV-L and 2S38 guns frontally apart from the LFP…
Iirc the bushmaster burst is also at 200rpm, so that mode would make no change, the one that could have a burst mode up to 700rpm is the MK30 but also it was confirmed that the puma lacks such a mode, so only the kf41 would theorically be able to have it.
You can convince yourself people here can be reasoned with or you can just be the red team and just ragebait, there is no middle ground when fighting misinformation…
Nato will continue to receive the worst versions of equipment just so Gaijin can pedal the idea that Russian tech is relevant. The sad part is we ALL know this. Gaijin is unknowingly making Russian tech look like garbage since their current tech has a hard time fighting bug ridden weak versions of Nato equipment from 20 years ago. It’s pathetic.
I am not claiming technological superiority of Russian equipment; I am calling out the hypocrisy of NATO mains who refuse to acknowledge certain aspects and want their power fantasy poured into the game, destroying balance.
Besides, it’s impossible to show the aspects of each country/side’s doctrine and pour them into a 15 minute match.
I agree that if NATO got their actual stuff, whatever side opposes them would suffer greatly, how would this be balanced?
