Some French vehicles have bias for sure (Somua, Rafale for example) but the entire tree? no
For top tier sure but its only because of their strong CAS. The tanks on the other hand are kinda mid.
Every nation will have some “biased” vehicles at specific BRs but that doesn’t mean the tree as a whole is bias

Personally I would take the Leclerc over the T-90M. Its either on par or better besides the armor when compared to the T-90M. The BVM would be a better comparison as that’s the only good tank Russia has at top tier.
I would like the Leclerc to get its correct armor but that would require Gaijin doing their job.
