Also not true. If you chose the lines 2, 3 and 5 in USA you will have this exact same problem for example.
Actually let me list all I can find:
USA: 2,3,5
GB: 1,3,5; 2,3,5; 3,4,5
Japan: any combination that contains 4 or 5
China: any combination that contains 4
Italy: anything that doesn’t contain 1 and 2
Sweden: anything that has 3
So in reality only in France, Israel and Germany can you choose any 3 lines and go through rank 6.
Yeah it sucks that its a bit easier with other nations but its been like that for a while and you’ve always been able to look ahead, you should’ve planned for this better.

But we are talking about unlocking rank 7. Check OP’s screenshot. They already have rank 6 unlocked.
Yes but you cannot get to rank 7 if you cannot get to rank 6 because you chose the wrong lines. If we are speaking strictly about rank 6 than yes you can do it for france. But the point being that if you choose the right 3 lines and ignore the left 2 you will not make it last rank 5 since there is not enough vehickes there and you would need to grind one more line.

Yeah it’s fine. If you are going for a specific vehicke you need to do a bit of planning but if you are just generally unlocking the tech tree it really does not matter.
I know I had to plan a bit when going for the R2Y2 before they removed them. I was thinking what is the least amount of planes I need to get to be at the R2 quick.
i dont see you have the mikoyan lines, you should have grind that along with the sukhoi instead of grinding bomber line

Let him grind bombers if that is what he enjoys. He just cannot expect to get to the end of the tree focusing on only 2 lines
he probably wants that su-34 on the top of the line, but then his grinding method isnt the best
the method i describe is exactly what i use to grind F-15E
i dont even touch the pure fighter line on the US tt lol
Yeah it is quite suboptimal. Bit as I said expecting to get to the end of line plane with only 2 lines is just delusional.
