This vehicle is much older than 2004 and was a completely different project and idea entirely from the LCT-30, the vehicle was spotted in news reels as old as 1993/1994 with images of it being produced from much earlier, possibly as early as the late 1980s around the ZA-35 project as it uses the same gun.
