Why specifically the Fuji? It is identical to the Type 90 (B) and essentially identical to the Type 90?
F-5T > F-5E in ground anyday. Python 3s + HMD is a great combination. Although I still take the F-4EJ Kai as it has much better CAP capabilities, and can carpet bomb if needed. The fact that TKX (P) + Type 81 (C) are 11.7 means I’m using a Phantom and F-5 against F-15E, F-16C, JAS39Cs, etc. Use the 12.0 F-16AJ? Guaranteed uptier to 13.0 Kh-38MT hell. 11.7 can be such a gamble, while 11.3 was much more consistent. Decompression is needed.
I’ve just gone to using the new Thai F16 in GRB now, yeah you get uptiered but now you get AIM 120s, and a targeting pod for your also better Mavs. Its the same BR in Ground as the AJ so no real reason to not take it if you have it
Ah, I just rechecked. It is only 12.0 in GRB, its 12.7 in ARB, which is… Weird.
yeah and the F-16A OCU is 13.7 ARB / 12.7 GRB

T64b certainly does have a laser range finder.
Also has access to the 3BM42 round.
And good optics while no thermals, good magnification, especially compared to the T72s in the TT.
Its armour is also mighty handy to be fair to it, while the ERA is no relik its still enough to stop heat / atgms
Amx40 has
- worse armour
- a worse round (DM13 equivalent not DM23 which the 2K has)
- worse overall mobiliry compared to the 2K
- worse optics, actually horrible optics.
At this stage id rather see tanks get all their capabilities and then BRs to reflect.
E.g leopard 2A4 getting their historical DM33
Like the shir 2 at 10.0 now is essentially dead.
It could either have gotten a reload nerf and stayed 9.7,.or move to 10.0/10.3 and get the l23a1 round.
, it has a good reload for 4 rounds tben its up to 7 seconds with an expert crew for the non first stage stowage rounds.
As well as that the round it fires is found at 9.0, hell even the T62M1 has a better round than the Shir 2.
The BR changes while agreed these tanks had to move up, are so half assed they could of moved more to creat more established lineups.
T62M1 for example should rightly be 9.3 by now.
AMX-40 has similar mobility and more armor.
Leopard 2K has zero composite armor and the turret relies on spaced armor just like the AMX-40’s turret.
AMX-40’s hull is composite filled in the front aspect.
The ammo difference is negligible as the AMX-40’s gun is 52 calibers long vs 2K’s 44 calibers.

The only way T62M1 goes to 9.3 is if most 9.0s move up to 9.3 with it.
I should reiterate, more effective armour. Though not on the hull. Its extreme angling helps a lot.
The composite on tbe amx40 is pretty poor as well as its only got a small portion angled, in comparison to the older amx30 hulls.

Doesn’t change the statement that the leopard 2K has a better round, also has a better 20mm autocannon.
Tell me, what 9.0 has composites on the hull, and turret.
50kmph top speed, good optics 3.5 x - 8.0x
And an extemely strong dart , with
1600m/s velocity
386mm flat pen
223 angled pen
And an 8 second aced reload.
Lets mot overlook the ATGM as well, though i dont use it.
In my experience, the T-62M1 is very good, but moving it to the same BR as the T-72 is just silly. For anyone without an aced crew (i.e 95% of players) its ~9.5s reload is very limiting.
9.5 second? Ive got an expert crew and its faster than that.
The expert crews faster than 9.5 seconds, maybe cause my crews are level 100 odds
Oh, my crews aren’t maxxed and my reload is about ~9 secs.

See mines are maxed out and have expert. should be about 8.8 seconds or something ot that effect
When i was playing it, I had a 9.8s reload at the time :c
