ITO 90 isn’t the best because it doesn’t get 4x DL, nor guns. It does not get 12 missiles either.
Those things are vital in making sure you can deal with targets at close range, and to deal with munitions while still having enough missiles to take care of the enemy aircraft itself.
Agreed, and that’s why I think the turret basket changes somewhat makes sense.
It reduces the difference in capabilities between Russian / Chinese MBTs and NATO MBTs.
Though I honestly think the 2A7 / 122B / Type 10 should be 12.3 by now…
There’s little to no reason why the 2A7 should be the same BR as the 2A6 too, other than the better mobility.

I’ve just eaten some ridiculous shots in the LeClerc and come out fine but confused as to how.
At least looking at what data we can see, the Ariete and 4M are top performers. And France seems to have a solid winning top tier.
The problem with this is that this would affect all reloads from non-autoloading tanks in the game… including Russian MBTs like the T-62 and T-55.
Yes, them being more compact helps them not get hit… along with their pretty decent armour.
Though like you said, I still think the best NATO MBTs are better, in general, than the best Russian / Chinese MBTs at the moment.
We probably won’t be seeing the T-14 soon, but if we were, stuff like the 2A8 and Sep V3 could probably arrive.

That is true, but the most egregious examples are typically in top tier,
Also, the Aubl 74 HVG has a 60mm with a 6.0 sec reload, abrams is a 120 with a 6.0 sec reload
(I am only bringing this up because the Aubl takes so long to reload for such little damage, it should load in 3.5-4.0 secs tbf)

Yeah, I think the Aubl 60mm should have a ~3/4s reload.
Maybe move it up to 8.3 if it’s too good (which it possibly could be).

Leclerc has some good turret cheek armour especially against Russian MBT rounds.
This is because it’s around ~580mm worth of KE protection, which most rounds like 3BM60 / Chally top tier rounds can’t pen.
Most good players who have access to most nations switch around based on the new metas.
At the moment, Russia has a great top tier CAS lineup, along with France.
Italy always had good players (since most new players choose other countries, like the main 3 (USSR, Germany, and USA), so I can understand why it’s so high. That and because it’s more likely to pair up with high win-rate countries like France, Germany, and (now) USSR.
Israel is on a similar boat as Italy, but they have a better MBT too.

We will see 2A8 & SEPv3 MUCH SOONER than the T-14, these three vehicles are not comparable.
Instead look towards the Leopard 3 and Abrams X as T-14s counterparts.

First shot was great, but Turm III has notoriously good survivability due to its immense empty space.
Second shot on the Centurion was okay (aimed for ammo), just unlucky that he didn’t have that much.
I think it would be fine with a 4s reload at 8.0.
Maybe 8.3 with a 3s reload.

I think T-14 isn’t as good as the Abrams X… maybe the Leopard 3.
It’s also much better than the 2A8 (basically the current underperforming 2A7V but with Trophy) and the SEPv3 (basically just SEPv2 but with MAYBE better hull armor, and Trophy).
You didn’t just seriously say the T-14 is equivalent to a SEPv3?

Even though the SEPv2 has been participating in exercises with the Trophy system. Gaijin juat refuses to give it.
