because that is an export missile. The entire clusterfuck of “does MT exists? most probably no” aside, the MTE is literally an export variant of the Kh38MT that was available on the brochure from i think MAKS 2015 (thats about it for evidence of existence for the missile goes, again different can of worms, but there it was literally marked as MTE and subsequently MLE with E signifying Export)
again, existence of the MT aside (we know ML exists) its literally called MTE and MLE (MAE is the radar variant)

Who’s to say it’ll even come with those on the live server, it’s currently being talked about within the CC discord and many bug reports, the plane itself is fine.

The OP is flawed in many ways
Firstly Malaysia is not under Russia its under Japan as they confirmed those vehicles would be going there effectively as a mini subtree or support additions
Secondly this su-30 is unique as its a su-30 with western equipment.
With the logic of your OP then F-15JM should be in the U.S TT?
I find it funny how people complain about this only when JAPAN gets something oh but every other nation is fine this is nothing new and has been like this for years now and how it should be most nations that are not the major ones would be not be competitive in many different br brackets and tiers simple because they lacked things to add there.
So i seen the question “why play anything else” with nations receiving other nations equipment yet if we have never had subtrees there would be no reason to play anything else other then the major 3 to begin with because why would anyone play a barren TT with no top tier?
Heck even the F-18D is unique as its the only twin seater hornet currently in game

To be fair, there wouldn’t be much of a fuss was there not Kh-38MTs in the first place.
MLs shall arguably be present as they are more real than that of IIR version. If such weapon wasn’t introduced, the shitstorm of a discussion would have been less heated.
And even if we are at keeping MTs (which I am against of), MTE is about as legitimate as MT because MLE and MTE are effectively versions for exports, like RVVs
