Which as @Necronomica has pointed out in the reply above mine quite literally cannot be done.
Well, all official ww2 documents are now in the public domain due to their age though, so there’s really no reason to be so wary about sharing them. Actually, I think any attempt to lock down or gatekeep historical information is pretty unfortunate

Historical Military documents; yes, coffee table books and other authored works; no.
Also, some archives that hold those types of documents take out a fee for getting a copy of them.
