im not even sure if HSTVL supposed to have thermal at this point since the one on RDFLT was an attachment type of modification
I mean I have 2S38, dont have HSTVL but when I test drive it it feels soo much better and responsive then 2S38
But then again I played only few mathces with 2S38 Im waiting for new anticheat to roll out so I can play Gorund otherwise Im not wasting my time getting cheated on in top tire
So list other advantages the RDF/LT has over the 2s38 then. Because by what i’ve seen the only thing is slightly faster acceleration and it is smaller.
I don’t really know about the HSTV-L but the RDF/LT currently definitely should not have thermals, as the component that gave it thermals is not modeled right now.
Also with this quote below I was referring to how the issue of gun smoke can be fixed by aiming through the gunner’s sight, as opposed to third person.
-17 degrees of gun depression
-Lower overall turret profile compared to the gun breech
-Higher penetration
-Far better spalling
-Heavily angled armor leading to bounces
-Can’t get ammo racked in the turret
So you’re going to constantly adjust the gunners sight setting in battle, or always deal with the parallax?
Whats point of making such conclusions if they are based only on test drive and numbers from vehicle card? Theory often differs from practice. So to make correct conclusion you have to check both vehicles in battle to see how they perform there, not against leo a1a1 in test drive.
I have 2s38 and hstvl which in fact is rdflt but only 26 rounds ammorack. And based on my experience in battles with both I can conclude hstvl and rdflt are simply better because of way better gun handling, ability to k.o. barrels with just one shot (not 2 or more because of “nice” servers), ability to k.o. tanks from front without having to snipe pixels, smaller size, crewless (with some enemy help) turret which doesnt fly high when you hit it (unlike 2s38 turret with that one round) and hp/weight ratio.
