Hi, i was trying to buy some golden eagles via razer payment cuz there´s bonus for that. And when i trying to pay for that, there´s some error " Error Your payment request could not be processed at this time. Please try again."
I´m trying this for 2 days now a still the same error. I try diferent browser, clear cookies and still error.
I´m not from restricted country i´m from CZ so that shouldn’t be a problem with that and still error …
I create support ticket on razer support but without reply… So is there any chance to fix that or do something …

Same in Romania, it display the same error " Error Your payment request could not be processed at this time. Please try again."
Also, if I try to acces the razer gold offer from google link, in the razer link it shows this error "Promotion is not available in this region "

Gaijin is to blame. Razer no longer has this wallet system. Instead, there are pins that you redeem directly at the retailer. But Gaijin does not support that xD

Thanks for your posts, I was considering using Razer Gold for my next GE purchase, for the extra bonus, but I guess I’ll just stick to my regular payment methods.
A VPN to the country where the wallet system still works should work
But can not test it because I do not have VPN xD
And also do not know in which country that still works.

Do you must purchase the 25000 Golden Eagles over Razer Gold to get the 5k extra? Or is Razer only for the decals?
edit: Razer Gold doesnt work for me in Germany either, no matter what I try… There is also no War Thunder in the list
