Eh not really. It’s really just another AMRAAM. Anything to do with software (e.g., two-way datalink/Link 16) is probably already present with/since Meteor integration (yay NATO interoperability)

yeah that’s fair, but like none of us programed the amraam or were partipants in the process to upgrade jets with the capability, your probably right but there’s just as much vagueness or gray area on both sides.
however i really want to see 8 aim120 d’s on the german efts, the rafales and sm2 will get what they deserve.
