??? Ahh ok, good to know, so the missile can only lock up to 45º what do you want 60G for then ? the missile doesn’t target hit at 60G you know ?
No, it’s the missile’s real status
according to what/who?
It doesn’t look like it, so far brochures have said 60gs and some unofficial sources have said 40-50Gs
seeker performance and maximum kinematic performance are two different things, considering the missile has tvc, instant off the rail pull and is linked to an HMD helping with HOBS it isn’t surprising to see such a seeker here. especially considering this is a 1980’s missile
G overload for thrust vectoring missiles does not matter as they will being doing far under the limit on HOB shots.
Yes, I make a missile and it says it makes 100G to sell, but that doesn’t mean it does.
do you have anything nearly as solid as this disproving it does? if you’re just here to say it’s all marketing lies and not provide sources there are other places on the web
In a very short time, only when the missile is launched
All sources say 40-50 ( 50 only in rare peaks ) and 12 G for target hit
which. sources?

These are just a few, but I don’t have the patience to send you more, so if you want to know more, look for them.
So your sources are a thread here with the first message providing no sources on the R-73 and the second message giving the correct number and 3 web articles of questionable quality… jesus…
Incorrect, TVC is very good at destroying all the speed the missile has. Lower speed means smaller turn radius, decreasing lateral acceleration. Here is a screenshot from a mach 1 shot and you can see its nowhere close to 45g during the peak of the turn. Additionally, the statcard G limit is practically useless, the maximum pull is determined by other aerodynamic and guidance properties such as PID, fin AOA, TAS.
Yes, but the Russian source for missile sale is safe
It’s a primary source, your sources are 3rd party at best
I’ve seen that there’s no point, keep going and you’ll see that nothing comes of it.
