PW Hack and accoupt temporally blocked

Hello,

I have connected to my account since several months (years…), I have found that my account has been hacked ans someone has been playing from China or Russia since several months ( I have seen it in the history logs).
I have changed my pw and add authentification by phone for security reasons…
But it seems that the account was banned for misbehaviour. Is there a ticket link or something else to reach Gaijin team ? Thank you guys !
