I feel this would be an awesome change, currently SQB feels more like a normal game with less players and increased difficulty while gaining no reward. I think being able to boost research for a squadron vehicle would benefit the vehicles and the players themselves.

I agree with this. It feels like Gaijin has left their baby in the backseat of a locked car in the summer heat. SQBs is the biggest monetary income for them and they just left us in the dust. Take the top 500 squadrons with 100+ people in it that take the game mode seriously and buy vehicles “meta” to the game mode. Y’all (gaijin) are seriously neglecting a huge profit opportunity by ignoring this community.

Agreed, as a participant of SQBS and SRE for a year there is those changes that need to be implemented and maybe new game modes, as an example in the suggestion: to make match making more balanced, this is a widely known issue for a long time. Also maybe personal squadron decals for people who participate in SQBS/ SRE.

Co Commander of F4WRD. We stand with you. This mode has been neglected for far too long and I think gaijin seriously underestimates how much players spend on purchasing meta event or premium vehicles.

It would be cool to maybe get some unique maps added to sqb rather than just the same old RB maps we play on often.

As the deputy from FIR3, Firesquad as a whole very much advocates for changes to the squadron battle game mode, and/or a rework.

i support this i have been playing sqbs for many years now and like to see some of these things mention implemented into sqbs if not all lets try and find a balance to make sqbs more enjoyable for all as well as rewarding

Alot of good ideas here, especially the higher rewards that would increase the gamemode’s player base and make squadron battles a more important and rewarding part of war thunder!
