Very very cautious +1, I love Ekranoplans and the idea of them but this thing would best be left for the future when naval top tier exits second world war and early post ww2 if it ever comes to it, and if they ever figure out how to implement modern naval combat. The Lun class is not very versatile at all and in the current meta it will not be anything more than a gimmick from what I could tell.
