The premium panzer 4J or called Pz.Bfw.IV is shown on the card and on warthunder wiki with special sideskirts however they simply do not exist in game which i find pretty sad as it is a cewl tank!!
Unequip the ostketten modification. It returns the tracks to original size, and returns the sideskirts.
Or bug report it:
It’s not a bug. Like ShermyDragon said, all he needs to do is to remove wide tracks. You cannot have side skirts with wide tracks (they are… too wide and would collide with skirts).
If you are referring to the net type side skirts that is a different vehicle. The standard premium has solid side skirts.
It is most definitely a bug that needs correcting. Or are you implying that this is a deliberate (biased) nerf by gaijin?:
Remove ostketten and you will have skirts
It is a choice they have made - possibly due to the need to provide a different 3D model when the skirts and wide tracks are fitted together.
It is not a bug because it is a choice that is working as intended - not something that is wrong with he game.
In terms of getting it added that would be a SUGGESTION.

Gaijin arbitrarily deciding what characteristics are modeled on the in-game vehicle contrary to actual reality makes this a bug and a biased one at that. Go remove the T-34E & T-34-85E’s side skirts and see how many bug reports will be produced for it…This is NOT working as intended because the drahtgeflechschürzen were able to be pivoted specifically to accommodate these wider tracks. Underhandedly robbing armor from a Panzerbefehlswagen IV Ausführung J for no valid reason is something that is wrong with the game, not a “feature”
That’s your opinion - and one which is worthless in this forum.
Can’t stand the facts huh?
Cowardly flip flopper. Why delete your own post and then reimplement it (shows up as a new reply) almost a month later when no (moderator) one is looking? The only fact is that this game is incorrect as the fact is this:
