Premium on my Ps4 but not on my Pc after buying the Senrai Maidens: Elsa Pack

I’m reaching out because I’m having an issue with Premium Time from a PlayStation purchase that I can’t use on PC.

I bought the Senrai Maidens: Elsa Pack on the PlayStation Store on October 21, 2025.
This pack includes 20 days of Premium Time.

However, I mainly play War Thunder on PC, using the same account that is linked to my PSN profile.
Unfortunately, the Premium Time from the PlayStation version does not appear or work on the PC version.

I already contacted Gaijin Support (Ticket #3226186), and they explained that PlayStation bundles don’t transfer to PC.
I fully understand that now, but I kindly asked for a goodwill solution — perhaps adding or compensating the 20 days of Premium Time on my PC account.

Sadly, the support team replied that this request cannot be fulfilled “at this time.”

The Premium Time on PlayStation is effectively useless for me, since I don’t play there anymore, and I only use my linked Gaijin account on PC.

I would deeply appreciate if anyone from the community team or staff could please look into this or suggest any possible way to have the Premium Time (or an equivalent compensation) active on my PC account.

I can provide the purchase receipt or additional proof if necessary.

I have purchased the packs on Xbox have you logged on on the Playstation first after you bought them and have you gotten the ingame popup that you have received the tank etc? And you’re saying that the tank you have but only the premium time is missing that is very odd behavior if that is the case I have not yet experienced such
