Can you actually give reasoning why it should be added to the Soviets instead of ex. being added as an independent tech tree/subtree under different nation?
Don’t care for more independent trees, maybe a few more like Yugoslavia, Korea and Turkey. Of course this is my opinion and it won’t change.
Czeckoslovakia is tbh better better than Yugoslavia

And why is that?
Cause the Su-37 is precious and has to be grinded it belongs to the people therefore, it ca not be premium.
Why then F-18/F-2/etc. can?
Well I am speaking on behalf of the Su-37, I am all for it for the planes you mentioned to be event vehicles.

It doesnt have a true ballistic computer, but its sights can be set so that you can launch the bombs and rockets with relatively good accuracy when going certain speed at certain angle. But then ofcourse, some in-game planes that have a similiar system IRL get a proper ballistic computer in-game, so i dont see no reason for it not to have one

May I ask which aircraft get this ability in-game? (That have a similar system irl)
From what i could find, IAR-93 and MiG-15Bis ISh had such a system IRL, and they do get a ballistic computer in the game. Preety sure the MiG-21 F-13 used to have a ballistic computer in the game too, but they probably removed that feature from it recently.
