Pre-order: L-39ZA Albatros

Honestly, I won’t even go into this discussion because I don’t know enough about Iranian and Indian people to make conclusive arguments for/against.

However, in Iran’s case - it is USA jet SOLD to Iran. The similar example would be having USA plane in Iran tree.

I do know about Czechia’s opinion on Russia, though. And I don’t think any of Eastern European countries would like to see any of their vehicles added to the russian tree. Well, majority of the people.

Isnt the su25k CZ? I know germany has some camos for jets on the MP that makes them cz same for russia theres a cool one for the mig23M.

Are MP camos part of the official WT lore?

Yea Su-25K is Czech

Weve made it to first version of “list of unfriendly countries” together with US and no one else.

So any post 1989 czech or slovakian vehicles dont make sense in russian TT, and even the pre 1989 vehicles dont make sense to anyone who read a history textbook once.

wanna give L-39 to russian TT, fine. add it with soviet insignias as planes that were operated by russia.

i think it will be a massively funny situation IF gaijin decides to add czechoslovakia to russia TT, because depending on wording of their possible devblog for such addition, they could face legal trouble within EU.

So then India would make sense as the UK has sold various weapons to them but of course player opinion matters (which Gaijin often disregards), like mentioned in my previous comment Canada or Australia would be more suitable.

I do understand some of the history of Eastern European countries and im not trying to get them in russia but instead try form their own thing like Yugoslavia. However certain vehicles will land in there.

You want Eastern European nations, nations that fought to have their independence form a single entity?

Please stop talking

Yet the vast majority of these Eastern Europeans are in an alliance, you also seem to forgot that Gaijin tries to avoid political issues that’s why i brought up the F-14 and India which despite their political issues still got added in the US AND UK .

Aside from that many support this idea (you can watch the suggestions) but i see you don’t and that is fine i respect your opinion however how do you intend to bring them in the game? A combined Tree gives them this option.

They don’t recognize geopolitical issues, they’ve even said this in the past, therefore anything about them not liking Russia is completely irrelevant.

Gaijin might recognize potential criminal charges and potential loss of EU market.

They don’t recognize geopolitical issues because they’re russian company, and recognizing them would put them in trouble, lol.

Criminal charges such as? elaborate further because if you’re saying you they’ll face criminal charges for putting a nation under a certain flag in their game is actually hilarious.

Current implementation reflects historical alliances and
also consider Freedom of Expression and Sovereign Immunity, there’s also no legal precedent.

Thai air force L-39ZA-ART for Japan soon then?

Spoiler

Why does the same logic regarding the missiles and the speed not apply to the A-10, which is actually slower than this

Even without the geopolitics, it feels like a waste to make Czechoslovakia as a subtree due to the number of vehicles offered.

Same goes with India as part of the UK and Hungary a part of Italy. India is being used as premium or event fodder while Hungary got none of its indigenous aircraft or modified cold war ground units. Czechoslovakia would most likely go down the same route as one the prior mentioned trees.

Would it take longer to implement a independent tree? Absolutely. Am I willing to wait? Yes as I’d believe more unique vehicles can be added when not vying for spots on a tree that seems to be strong all around.

It’s not that I don’t want the USSR to get a subtree, I just think there are better options.

I can but i dont wanna risk getting hit with ban for offtopic again, so hit me up in PMs if youre interested.

A poorly worded devblog can theoretically form basis for such charge, simply put.

Yeah, i said this several times and say it again - current implementation does not eflect historical alliances, which would be clear to anyone who actually studied czechoslovakias history between 48 and 89.

Has it limits.

So? World is evolving and so is law. Im constantly met with new judicature for far more estabilished areas of law.

Lets not forget one important fact … Czechoslovakia was invaded by Soviet union and its allies, in 1968.

So this should be more appropriate:

L-159 Super Albatros would make a great addition to the Soviet research tree. Has a HMD, Modern Sidewinders and potentially access to a TGP and Brimstones.

Su-37 will be an event vehicle not premium thank you very much (IS-7 of the air) unrivaled in close air battles.

That is L-159A…

This is not needed. Perhaps we should look into yak-130.
