neither did YAK-141 mig 29 never had R27ER as it wasn’t compatible. Sevastopol never had 15 inch guns as they where never sold them to Russia

That year would have been far less painful if they had had R-73s without IRCCM rather than R-27ERs

That’s where it gets into grey areas “prototypes” and how ever % a vehicle was done.
Given the fact the Russian ship had its hull, power plants, and some other bits and pieces, no turrets, no guns yet, etc.
Naval has different specs for what is and isn’t allowed
