about possibly upcoming HQ-11, can you help calculating the energy and other parameters of the HQ-11 missile based on the picture of FM-3000? in assume that they are same diameter.

About 320kN·s. Since my estimate is based on proportionally scaling up the PL-12’s motor, the total impulse irl would be slightly higher.

is it possible to roughly estimate its performance, like a rough weight and dV, consider that new FL-3000N has 45km range, old FL-3000 30km, maybe rocket improved too.
Directly estimating weight would lead to significant errors. For reference, its volume are slightly greater than those of the R-27R, its thrust can be compared to the R-27ER, but its drag is much smaller.
mass: 290kg => dv = 2,400 * ln(290 / (290 - 320,000 / 2,400)) = 1,477m/s
