none of these make a difference in actual gameplay btw. except for IOG but even then the improvement is so minimal that its within margin of error in testing. as i said its basically a C-5

Most of which is going to be rather irrelevant. Range is the least important attribute at the moment due to how easy they are too defeat. The only people who die at long range are those AFK or those who have no idea what they are doing.
It’s why the C5 are so lackluster despite in theory having some of the best range, especially from high speed, high alt platforms like the Typhoon
So the question is. Is the Aim120D getting any buffs/advtanges in the seeker department?
The AIM-120Ds will be added to the F-15E regardless of your opinion on this, since it is the only 14.0 jet at rank 8 for USA top tier, and it gets up-tiered towards 14.3 50% of the time. Plus, it did carry them in real life, so don’t expect F-15EX to come anytime soon to carry those 12 AIM-120Ds or AIM-260s.

if we go by your idea, all planes will have weapons better than their br.

The F-15E we have in game won’t even get it mainly because it is 14.0 and doesn’t even have it’s AESA radar (APG-82v1) that would even possibly justify it (Notice how every plane that gets AIM-120D has ASEA).
They specifically limit certain aircraft from getting better missiles when they’re to far from the top, 13.7 F-16C/AM and 14.0 F-16I not getting AIM-120C/D are a prime example of this being the case.
I won’t say any F16 is slow, it accelerates faster than F15 and performs pretty well in BVR, downside mainly is the missile count.

The real good one will be F15EX with 12-16 missiles and creazy acceleration and AN/APG-82, not counting 5th gen. But I’m content with GE in 14.3, it’s not always good to be the real OP one, because that risks unnecessray nerfs.
if it had a new engine like 229 or even just fixed thrust curves on 220 50% of problems would be gone
There maybe some issues with the current 220 engine, because gaijin’s physical model on air resistance may not be correct. But the C most likely not going to have 229 because the E had a structural strengthening in order to incorporate 229 and 129, and around 2010s the C model is facing aging airframe, so the subsequent plan for new F15s are mostly based on E model. It’s fine because modern air combat is mainly BVR, and the game meta is shifting too.
