Just use google, you can pretty much translate time zone times with it.

Mr Picky notes that “GMT” is an obsolete term and they really shouldn’t be using it.

“UTC” is the correct term - for casual use it is the same as GMT, but it is used for many technical applications where it is not quite the same.

For UTC to local time conversion there are dozens of time zone calculators on the 'net - test you google-fu!
