Reason: It makes zero sense for a flareless subsonic with very close quarters missile plane to be the same BR as a mirage with magic 1 or higher than a fishbed with R3R. SRAAM is not the most reliable because of how jittery TVC is in game. It is at most a sidegrade to the FGA.9 Hunter premium from its worse hardpoint config, the BR should reflect that
- Sherman I Composito: 3.7 up to 4.0. This is effectively a cast hull M4A2. Last month it had a 61.6% winrate and a KD of 2.43, people complain about the Sherman III/IV but this is the real seal clubbing Sherman premium.
Compared to the CLAWs and ADATS, the S1 deserves to move up by two BR steps instead of one. Its already arguably the strongest SPAA for its current BR and now is a great chance to balance it out.
Reason: who on earth thought that what is effectively a Leopard 1A3 with a broken stabiliser is worthy of the same BR as a base leo 1? its got a laser rangefinder that should be worth being 8.3 at minimum. If a vickers mk3 is higher than a mk1 because of the LRF despite being generally worse than this should by higher than a leo 1/1a2 too.
Im sorry, in what world is this equal to the Su-39? The only things really going for it are 9Ms and maybe GBU-39s. 11.7 would probably make this thing semi-competitive.
To call it one of the best at 13.0 is a stretch; it has significant flaws for the Battle Rating (BR) it sits at.
First and foremost, its primary offensive weapon—the AIM-7M—remains abysmal. Even with the buff from the last update, it lacks both Inertial Guidance (IOG) and sufficient top speed. Furthermore, while the F-2A ADTW is equipped with an AESA radar, this feature is effectively wasted since the aircraft cannot carry FOX-3 missiles; it might as well be using a radar like the one on the F-16A ADF, and its performance would be exactly the same.
You might argue that the AAM-3s are excellent—and they certainly are—but their utility is highly situational. Your target won’t always be in the perfect position for an AAM-3 shot, few situational scenarios be like whether you engage a dogfight (which is rare at that BR) or playing the “vulture” role, waiting to swoop in and steal a kill from a teammate.
At 13.0, it needs at least one effective FOX-1 missile—something with the necessary systems to reliably secure kills. At a minimum, it should be given the AIM-7P.
Having spent time flying the Su-27 and Su-33, I can confirm that the F-2A ADTW remains vastly inferior to the Flankers in every respect; its AESA radar is a completely wasted asset on F-2A ADTW aircraft.
Reason: Imagine the churchill VII lost 30mm of armour but became as fast as the Cromwell, you have yourself an Excelcior. It shouldnt be lower than the Churchill VII, old rare event vehicles dont deserve special undertiering for being rare
Welcome to the British tree, we have a massive gap from 5.3 with the Skink/Bosvark to 8.7 with the Falcon/Marksman/ZA-35. The Marksman and ZA-35 smoke the Falcon out of the water, they are better than it in everyway except size. Even the ZA-35 makes the Marksman somewhat redundant, considering it has been 0.3 BR higher for awhile now.
Yeah, the Australian M1A2 is basically a SEPv3 but with KE-W A2 instead of M829A3. So if the SEPv2 is also going up to 13.3 (which it is) and the only difference is the M1A2T has KE-W A2 then it stands to reason it should also go up to 13.3 as well.
@Stona_WT if the objective is to discuss and bring certain vehicles to the attention of the developers can we please split these into separate threads for each vehicle category? Ground/Air/Naval.
That way all comments will be about that specific type and it’ll be easier to read for everyone.
