Reason: The better C-7 is 2.7 which is better because: Armored glass, can carry bombs and has 2x 20mm Mg FF/M and faster while the C-6 cant have bombs has no 20mm and is fixed with the 30mm Mk 101. In comparison the Hs 129 B-2 which is also at 2.3 has more armor, 2x 20mm Mg 151/20 and 2x Mg 17 (instead of 4x Mg 17) and a Mk 103 with 100 instead of 60 rounds and higher fire rate. It overall exchanges most of it offencive firepower for a better flightperformance. It is in comparisson to other planes in its class also rather limited in armor, beeing limited to 4x MGs and 1x cannon with limited ammo. In AIR RB it can stay at 3.0 i suppose, as a bomber hunter with Minengeschoss.
Even now the G-2 is moving down to 3.0 in Ground Battles, which is also just an upgrade.
j7d and nf5a can stay 10.7 but the a5c goes to 11.0 in air rb, alright. If you do these kind of br changes you just might as well keep it the same as it is right now.

J-11B is lighter and has more powerful engines so its faster. pl-8 and pl-5 are significantly better than R-73 which is literally the worst iccrm missile and ridiculously easy to flare off, pl-12 is better than R-77 after the buffs, the radar is far better than the microwave on Su-27

Overall its offensive armarment is ok, being 2x MG FF/M and 4x MG 17, however the penetration of the 20mm are lacking and it doesnt have the 2x 20mm MG 151/20 gunpod of the F-2, as such it is mostly relying on its bombs.

Vehicle : Pantsir-S1 Gamemode : Ground Realistic BR Change : 12.3 —> 13.0 (at least 12.7) Reason : Putting Pantsir-S1 at 12.3 same as the Ito90Ms are just crazy. They are not even close on their capability to air defense and intercepts ammuniations. Pantsir has the ability to multi lock and let its missile intercepts ammuniations on their own where Ito90Ms can simply not do that, and it’s a huge difference. The missile speed and range are better for pantsir too.

Vehicle: PANTSIR SM-SV Gamemode: GROUND REALISTIC& GROUND ARCADE BR Change: 13,3—> 13,7(OR 14.0) Reason: Most broken spaa in the game , it would be fine if it wasnt for the M missile.Also a lot of aircraft are missing the k band and cant get a warning from a lock .
These changes are absolutely atrocious. Earlier helicopters are already bad as is. The Mi-4AV in particular is a massive target, slow, and has a terrible defensive gun.
Falangas are very painful to use. The guide poorly, but even when they do impact, they often “hit” tanks, and even light tanks. The Mi-4AV only gets four of em aswell.
Are you kidding me? Seriously!? You’re leaving the Su-30MKM and MK2 essentially right where they were in-game! Are you having a laugh!? This is an aircraft that, in terms of performance, weaponry, and speed, is on par with any 13.7-rated plane—yet you didn’t bump it up to 14.0.
The behavior of the people behind this is just appalling. The Su-30MKM and MK2 will continue to face 12.7–13.0 aircraft, just as they always have—the only difference now is that they won’t end up in matches against 12.3-rated planes.
This is, without a doubt, the most ridiculous defense of a premium vehicle I’ve ever seen! “So, following your own logic—if the MiG-29KR and Su-27SM can face 15.0-rated aircraft equipped with AESA radars, why can’t the Su-30MKM and MK2?” — that’s exactly what you claimed during the last balance adjustment…
It’s just absolute, utter absurdity!

“Why aren’t the Su-30MKM and Su-30MK2 at a Battle Rating (BR) of 14.0?”
This aircraft carries 10 missiles—including six R-77s, four R-73s, and an R-27ER—and features an upgraded TWS (Track-While-Scan) radar mode, as well as a helmet-mounted sight system.
Yet, this aircraft can end up facing F/A-18 Hornets (at 12.7 BR), MiG-29As, and other similar jets. Meanwhile, these two Su-30 variants don’t even reach the 15.0 BR bracket. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Im talking about why we need 2 vehicle at the same BR and just IGNORE that 500kg please… my bad for mentioning it again…
Let me ask differently: What Rafale M can’t do that the C can.
then they need to artificially take two arh missiles away because you cant tell me that getting twice the arh missiles (+ better ones but lets disregard that for now) + twice the IR missiles (not that relevant) is only worth one br step (example f4f ice at 13.3 vs premium flankers at 13.7)
I’m sorry this just isn’t enough. If the F-16CM and ADF have to be the same BR then you need to increase the br cap more. It’s frankly sad that anyone would settle these half measures
